Do you charge a fee for your design services?

Yes, we charge a design service fee to cover the many hours spent researching, planning, reserving, managing and perfecting your exclusively personalized trip itinerary. These processes all take hours of time investment on our part to ensure every detail is set and in place before your journey begins. The design service fee is paid after our initial consultation call and before we begin working on your trip itinerary.
 
By paying for our services, you can also rest assured we are working for you in your best interest because our income is not attached to the supplier with the highest commissions. During your initial Discovery Call, we will review our fees, as they vary depending on the complexity, number of travelers and length of vacation. Your trust in our services and dedication to your unforgettable vacation are of utmost importance to us.

What is trip protection insurance, and do I really need it?

Trip protection, or travel, insurance safeguards your vacation investment by covering you for unexpected delays or medical emergencies while on your trip. Levels of protection vary depending on the coverage you select. Policies include covering costs due to baggage delays or lost baggage, medical care, emergency medical evacuations and unexpected cancellations of various components of your vacation. Additionally, many U.S. health insurance plans do not cover your costs at foreign medical facilities.
 
As your trusted Travel Advisor, we will provide a quote to you with your chosen itinerary, and payment will be made at the time of initial deposit to ensure you and your vacation investment are covered. If you decline to purchase insurance, we will ask you to sign an Insurance Waiver to confirm you declined the insurance. Additionally, if you decide to not purchase travel insurance, we will be unable to assist you with the situation should something go wrong before, during or even after your trip.
